Best Philadelphia Eagles Player Props vs Kansas City Chiefs | Super Bowl, 2024

Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are taking on the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59! The Eagles are the only thing standing between the Chiefs and NFL history. With Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts having exceptional playoff runs, this is a perfect time to look at some player props. Below are three of the best player props on the board for the Eagles! So let’s dive headfirst into these props and cook up some winning slips!

Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles Match Details

  • Fixture: Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles
  • Date: February 9th, 2025
  • Time: 6:30 PM EST

Player Prop #1: Saquon Barkley Longest Rush UNDER 24.5 Yards (-120)

Saquon Barkley has a difficult matchup for this specific prop. The Philadelphia Eagles have been a rushing team all season long, number one in the NFL in rushing yards per game. However, in terms of giving up big plays, especially on the ground. They only allowed 3 runs of 25 or more yards all season long. I understand that Barkley led the NFL in rushes of 25 or more yards and has dominated this postseason, but this is the best defense they have played all season long. The Chiefs allowed 102 rushing yards per game which was 8th in the NFL. Barkley may get his yards, but won’t break a big rush in this game.

Player Prop #2: Jalen Hurts OVER 210.5 Passing Yards (-110)

Jalen Hurts has a great opportunity to smash this prop! The Chiefs’ defense will surely sell out to stop the run which will give Hurts the chance to utilize all of Philly’s weapons. We know they have two number-one receivers, a great offensive line, and an outstanding tight end. Two years ago against the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, Hurts crushed this line with 304 passing yards. For the season, he averaged 193.5 passing yards per game and last week finished with 246 passing yards. In my opinion, this line is too low for a team with the weapons this Eagles team possesses.

Player Prop #3: DeVonta Smith OVER 4.5 Receptions (-102)

DeVonta Smith is in a great spot to cash this specific prop. Smith averaged 5.2 receptions per game in the regular season on almost 7 targets per game. Through the playoffs, he has caught 12 passes on all 12 targets thrown his way. With all-pro cornerback Trent McDuffie most likely shadowing the Philadelphia Eagles’  AJ Brown, that could lead Smith into favorable matchups with less talented cornerbacks Jaylen Watson or Joshua Williams. Overall, you’re getting almost plus money on one of the surest hands receivers in the NFL in a game where they could be trialing which could lead to a pass-heavy script.
