The Toronto Maple Leafs have lost back-to-back games with tough losses to the Philadelphia Flyers. 4-3 and Carolina Hurricanes 5-4.
Washington has been good of late. They defeated the Calgary Flames 5-2 on Monday with NHL wins against the Vancouver Canucks 2-1 and the Seattle Kraken 2-1. This three-game winning streak has been a big swing for a team trying to make a playoff push.
Alex Ovechkin scored two goals last night for the Capitals and has scored a point in eight out of his last 10 games.

The Stars have won six of their last eight games. The Arizona Coyotes have won back-to-back games with 4-1 wins against Detroit and New Jersey. But I’m not sure they can keep it going on the road against Dallas.
The Stars’ Wyatt Johnston has been on fire lately. He has 13 points in the last 10 games with seven goals in the last six games. I think the streak continues.

The Wild are in the top half of the league in shots on goal allowed. The Kings top six in the league in shots taken on goal. Marc-Andre Fleury has been solid in goal with a .906 save percentage. He has 22 or more saves in seven of his last eight starts.
Brock Faber has only scored in four of the Wilds’ last 17 games. I’m fading him in this spot.
