This is a game that the undermanned New Orleans side wishes they had their best player in Zion Williamson. However, even with the limitations, they were able to go toe to toe with what many view as a Western Conference contender in Oklahoma City. Therefore, this isn’t as much about the Pelicans being at the same level as their opponent; it’s more about the youth and experience on the other side.
The Thunder have shown that they are a good team and more than capable in spurts. However, overall, this postseason will be one of growing pains. In today’s game, I’m going with the New Orleans Pelicans to cover the spread.
