With Carr only needing to throw the ball 16 times in last week’s game, Alvin Kamara dominated. Kamara had 180 yards from scrimmage, 20 carries for 115 rushing yards, two catches for 65 yards, and four total touchdowns.
The Saints’ defense has been just dominant. They held the number one scoring offense last season, the Dallas Cowboys, to just 14 points. On the season, they rank fourth in points allowed per game, third in rushing yards allowed per game, third in offensive touchdowns allowed, third in sacks, and second in takeaways per game. New Orleans has been a well-oiled machine on both sides of the ball. They are expecting their number one cornerback Marshon Lattimore to return to the field this week against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The New Orleans Saints will cruise to a win against the Philadelphia Eagles in this game. As many question marks that we had about Dennis Allen, the Saints’ head coach, we have more about the Eagles’ head coach Nick Sirianni. The Eagles are still without AJ Brown in this game. The Saints’ defense will shut down the rushing attack which will lead Jalen Hurts to either use his legs or try and test this defense that is feisty and will force turnovers. As for New Orleans’ offense, they should not have a problem against a bottom-five defense in the NFL. This is a bad matchup for the Philadelphia Eagles.
