The Denver Nuggets(3-1) are back at home for Game 5 vs. the Los Angeles Lakers(1-3) tonight.
L.A. finally got a game. It took 30 points from LeBron James, 23 rebounds from Anthony Davis, and 4 3-pointers from D’Angelo Russell, but they did it. Teams that go down 0-3 in the NBA playoffs are 0-149 in the series all-time. The Lakers have a chance to pull off the unthinkable.
Can the Lakers steal a game on the road and get one step closer to the biggest comeback in NBA Playoff history?

Key Stats
Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets are looking to close out this series tonight on home court. They are led by Nikola Jokic in all three major stat categories with 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 9.0 assists per game in the regular season. Defensively this series, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been amazing. He is averaging 2.3 steals through the four games.
Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers avoided a sweep in Game 4 at home, but they will need some more key performances to get a win in Denver. L.A. is led by Anthony Davis and LeBron James, who are averaging 30.5 and 27.3 points per game in this series respectively. However, the reason Los Angeles was finally able to get that win was D’Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves each had 21 points.

Game Prediction
The Nuggets won all three of their games despite trailing each of them by double digits at some point. The only game that Denver covered a -7.5 spread was Game 1. For a team that has held the lead so often in this series, I feel that 7.5 is too tall. However, anything can happen on any given night in the playoffs. But tonight is something of a guarantee.
The Denver Nuggets very well could win this game, but LeBron James and the rest of this Lakers crew will not go down without a fight.
Final Pick
Los Angeles Lakers +7.5 (-112)
