New Orleans Pelicans vs Phoenix Suns Injury Report| April 1 2024

New Orleans Pelicans

The Phoenix Suns (43–31) travel to the New Orleans Pelicans (45–29). This is a short injury report. However, there are two notable exclusions. But these are on the side of the Pelicans. The Suns also have an exclusion. Also, they have two of the better offensive players in the league who often carry a lot of the responsibility anyway.

Regardless, do you see the injury updates affecting your approach to this game?

Players Injury Status
Jose Alvarado Oblique Out
Brandon Ingram Knee Out

Everyone knows that the re-entry of Ingram into the lineup is important. But being without Alvarado is not as big but is still impactful for the New Orleans Pelicans. Either way, this has been a Phoenix Suns team that has shown their vulnerability. Therefore, as long as Zion Williamson is good to go, there isn’t too much need for concern.

Updates:

Player Injury Status
Damian Lee Knee Out

The Phoenix Suns will be without Lee; however, as stated earlier, they have two of the better players in the league. Additionally, they often have a disproportionate amount of the ball. Moreover, they have a very high usage rate as is. Therefore, Lee’s added absence from more games shouldn’t affect things too much against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Updates:

Mostly Healthy New Orleans Pelicans Team

New Orleans Pelicans

As stated earlier, the New Orleans Pelicans have been uncharacteristically healthy. Even though they are dealing with an Ingram injury, this looks like it was mostly short-term and not a huge deal. However, nothing will be known exactly until he is on the court again. But either way, this looks like a season in which the entry bug largely unaffected the New Orleans Pelicans.
