NCAA Basketball March Madness Parlay, March 20, 2025

March Madness has arrived. We are back for another NCAA college basketball parlay. We sit at 10-6 ATS on the season after last week’s parlay picks were an abysmal 0-3 ATS. Not our best effort but such is the ebbs and flows of sports handicapping. With all that, our 63% hit rate is above the line on any standard.

If you followed us during the NFL season, you know our selections target games seeing respected money or those where Vegas books have a heavy liability. In other words, the betting outcome that Vegas books need to profit on the day. The betting lines discussed are the consensus at Vegas Insider and are subject to change.

Parlay Leg #1: Louisville Cardinals -2.5

The opening leg of today’s parlay will be the Louisville Cardinals -2.5 over the Creighton Bluejays. We spot sharp money on Louisville. The money line and spread bet totals are fairly split, but the line is moving in the Cardinal’s direction, indicating the books are taking respected money. Louisville is 19-12 ATS on the season and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 overall. Creighton comes in just 4-6 ATS in their last 10 overall. Louisville will be motivated in this one after feeling disrespected as a #8 seed.

Parlay Leg #2: VCU +3.5 (Alternate Spread)

The middle leg of today’s March Madness parlay is the VCU Rams +3.5 over the BYU Cougars. We spotted a staple play of ours here with a reverse line movement. The Cougars are getting 57% of the bets and 64% of the money and yet the opening line has dropped a full point in VCU’s direction. The Rams are a profitable 18-12 ATS on the year and we will side with the sharps. We buy the full point back and take the VCU Rams +3.5 for play number two.

Parlay Leg #3: UC San Diego +3.5 (Alternate Spread)

In the anchor leg, it will be UC San Diego Tritons +3.5 versus the Michigan Wolverines. The Tritons come in with a 30-4 SU record on the season and an even more impressive 26-6 ATS record. In addition, UC San Diego is 5-0 ATS in their last five as an underdog. Michigan will no doubt be a stiff test and should probably have been ranked better than a five-seed. The dogs are barking in this one and the 5-12 games are historically a ripe spot for March Madness upsets. Buy the full point back and take UC San Diego +3.5 for play number three.
