Game Prediction

OKC has struggled without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but a matchup against the Pacers could turn things around. Indiana plays at a fast pace and has a high-powered offense, but they struggle defensively. Alternatively, the Thunder are top-10 on both sides of the ball, so if they can get stops on defense they could come out on top.

OKC has a decent bench but they will rely heavily on Josh Giddey, Chet Holmgren, and Lu Dort to step up without OKC’s two top players. Overall, based on how these teams play on both sides of the ball, I am picking the Thunder to keep this game within 5.5 points, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they beat the Pacers on the road.

Final Pick

Oklahoma City +5.5 (-110)
