The Dallas Mavericks are healthy and are eager to show the Houston Rockets what it’s like to play a true contender in the Western Conference. Not to downplay what the Rockets have done, but Dallas will likely play their starters as they have been without any restrictions. The concern is, of course, with Luka Doncic, but he has the proven ability to be extremely effective even when limited due to injury.

Doncic Impressing While Injured For The Dallas Mavericks

Dallas Mavericks

Luka Doncic visibly looks uncomfortable. However, this past week of games, he has battled through and continues to play at a high level. Considering playoff seeding is still on the line, it would be surprising if he were unable to play, and it would be equally surprising to not watch him play his usual amount of minutes. He understands what’s at stake, and he understands the importance of staying ready and staying a playoff contender in this conference. Therefore, the Dallas Mavericks will be at full throttle against the Houston Rockets today.
