The Chicago Bulls have been without Zach Lavine for a long time. One of the players who has stepped up in his absence is Coby White. White has averaged 18.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.1 assists this season and is a candidate for the Most Improved Player award. Earlier this season, Coby white dropped 26 points on this same Knicks team.
However, just a few nights, Coby White only played 13 minutes and scored a total of two points. Chicago will need him firing on all cylinders if they want a chance to win this one. Chicago is also led by DeMar DeRozan, who averages 23.6 points and is their leading scorer.

The New York Knicks also lost a superstar earlier in the season. They lost Julius Randle to a shoulder injury he eventually had surgery on. Since then, Jalen Brunson has looked like a top-10 player in the NBA. He has been a nightmare for defenses to guard. He is averaging 28.2 points, 6.7 assists, and is shooting 47.7% from the field.
Defensively, the Knicks are a great team, and their midseason acquisition of OG Anunoby was a big part of that. In his last game, he had four steals and two blocks vs the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Chicago Bulls don’t have much to play for in this game since they are already locked into the play-in tournament game. On the other hand, the New York Knicks have everything to play for, since one or two games could be the difference between the 2nd seed or the 5th seed. Based on this analysis alone, I am surprised that the spread for this game is only four. The Knicks have won 16 of their 19 games with OG Anunoby playing by four or more points.
