Oregon at Arizona Game Prediction

Arizona (22-6, 13-4) has been great this season and is the best team in Tommy Lloyd’s three seasons so far. They have won two straight since losing to Washington State with their most recent game being a win against Arizona State, 85-67, on the road. Arizona has only lost one game at home this season too. Arizona needs to keep winning to maintain their slim Pac-12 lead over Washington State and they need to keep winning to maintain their slim lead as the fourth 1-seed where North Carolina and Tennessee are right behind them waiting to potentially jump.

Oregon (19-9, 11-6) has been up and down this season and it has been mainly due to injuries. However, a win here could vault them into NCAA Tournament consideration. They have won three out of their last four games, with their last win coming against their rival Oregon State at home, 78-71. A win would be crucial here for the Ducks. Four of their losses have come on the road and they already lost their previous matchup against Arizona too.

As important of a game as this is for Oregon, it just won’t happen with Arizona having more firepower, especially at home. Expect Arizona to win and cover in this game and maintain their lead in the Pac-12 and stay in place as the last 1-seed.
