Although the game would be tighter than what it will be tonight. However, they beat a good Cleveland Cavaliers team recently. Furthermore, they did it once at home and once on the road. But tonight will prove to be too much for the 76ers.

Tyrese Maxey scored 24 points against the Milwaukee Bucks as their leading scorer. But Buddy Hield needs to produce more as a starter if they are going to beat the Boston Celtics. He shot four of thirteen from the field and only scored eleven points. However, De’Anthony Melton shot 50% from three-point range against the Bucks. He’s someone who could provide a much-needed scoring boost off the bench.

Boston is a good team. Especially in the regular season, they aim to take care of business. Furthermore, they dismantled an Eastern contender in the New York Knicks at MSG. Therefore, it wouldn’t be a stretch to see them do it again against a less talented side. However, fears of a letdown game or off night remain for people taking action on this NBA game. But those concerns can largely be cast aside until the Boston Celtics prove that they aren’t a great team, looking to flex their dominance.

Furthermore, Jayson Tatum is playing at an MVP level. With the added contributions of Jaylen Brown and Kristaps Porzingis, it’s hard to see this team not running through the rest of their schedule. Again an off night is due every now and then. But Tatum made it clear how he views this season. Additionally, his renewed approach is spreading throughout this roster for the Boston Celtics.
Game Prediction
This game will end in a blowout. The only way it gets close is if the second and third units allow the Boston Celtics lead to dwindle late. Especially as the hosts are in great form, it’s hard seeing the 76ers covering the spread, let alone winning tonight.
Additionally, I don’t see the visitors able to get enough scoring in to hit the points total. While the hosts can score and score in a hurry, I think it’s more likely that they get pulled early in the fourth quarter than anything. Even if Hield or Maxey have a good night, the Boston Celtics should be able to do enough to keep the under safe.
