NCAA Basketball Weekly Parlay Picks: March 14, 2025

parlay ncaa

Back at it for this week’s NCAA college basketball parlay, we sit at 10-3 ATS on the season after our last week’s parlay picks were 2-1 ATS. Cincinnati failed to cover against Kansas State and nullified us from cashing in, but it was another winning night. If you followed us during the NFL season, you know our selections target games seeing respected money or those where Vegas books have a heavy liability. In other words, the betting outcome that Vegas books need to profit on the day. The betting lines discussed are the consensus at Vegas Insider and are subject to change.

Parlay Leg #1: Illinois Fighting Illini +1.5

The opening leg of our parlay will be the Illinois Fighting Illini +1.5 over the Maryland Terrapins. This is a revenge spot for the Illini as Maryland whipped up on them 91-70 back on January 23. We spotted sharp money on Illinois here, despite Maryland seeing 62% of the tickets the opening line has dropped. This reverse line movement is a betting edge that we target. Maryland is just 4-6 ATS in their last 10 away from home and 4-5-1 ATS in the last ten as a favorite. We will back the Illinois here who are 3-0 ATS in their last three overall, for play number one.

Parlay Leg #2: Marquette Golden Eagles +3.5

The middle leg will be the Marquette Golden Eagles +3.5 versus St. John’s Red Storm. Another revenge angle here as Marquette lost a nail biter 86-84 to the Red Storm just last week. They also lost to the Red Storm by just six points on February 4. Marquette will no doubt be up for this one.

The sharps are backing the Golden Eagles here and have driven the opening line down a full point. Despite St. John’s incredible 26-4 ATS record, they are just 2-6 SU in the last eight versus the Golden Eagles. We will back a Marquette team, 7-3 SU in their last 10 games, for play number two.

Parlay Leg #3: BYU +6.5

Sticking with the revenge angle, the anchor leg of tonight’s parlay will be BYU +6.5 over the Houston Cougars. BYU was blown out by the Cougars back on January 4, 86-65. We have some sharp money backing BYU here and the line has since dropped off its opening number of 7.5 down to 6.5. BYU is a profitable 17-11 ATS on the season.

Houston, despite being 28-4 SU on the season, is just 13-17 ATS. The Cougars are 1-4 ATS in the last five overall and 0-3 ATS in the last three as a favorite. BYU is 8-2 ATS in their last 1o games and 4-1 ATS in the last five as an underdog. Give us BYU +6.5 for play number three and to close out tonight’s parlay.

Final Thoughts

The beauty of our parlays is we can provide you with three selections. Remember we will also play these picks on a money line parlay and more importantly straight-up, because parlays are not a long-term profitable betting strategy. We look to avoid public plays, which tend to be the betting favorites. Please follow us on social media as the college basketball season heads toward selection Sunday and March Madness. Let’s get you three winners, and remember: Follow or Fade!
