Minnesota Twins vs. Cleveland Guardians Preview, Prediction and Odds| April 7, 2024

Twins vs. Guardians

The Minnesota Twins(3-4) battle the Cleveland Guardians(7-2) in today’s series finale.

Cleveland leads the series 2-0 after their 3-1 win yesterday. Carlos Carrasco pitched 3.0 innings, giving up one hit and one earned run and striking out six batters. David Fry was the star of the game, finishing the game 1 for 3 with a home run and three RBIs.

Joe Ryan pitched 6.0 innings for the Twins, allowing five hits and three earned runs while striking out seven batters. Carlos Correa and Alex Kirilloff each recorded a hit in the game.

Can Minnesota find a way to avoid being swept today, or will the Guardians continue their dominance and tally another win?

The Guardians will send Triston McKenzie to the mound for today’s game. McKenzie started the season 0-1 with a 10.80 ERA and two strikeouts. Game Prediction

Is this Cleveland really this good? WOW, they have dominated the Twins, and I don’t see things being any different in this one. Ober is off to a rough start, and I don’t see him getting things going against this Guardians lineup that is grinding out runs daily. Considering how bad Minnesota’s offense has been, McKenzie should have another solid outing. My theory in this one is: if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. Back Cleveland to win and sweep the series on the road. How they are underdogs again is beyond me.

Final Pick

Cleveland Guardians (+110)
